What is an initial visit like?
This will be an hour-long visit in which we will take a deep dive into your medical history so we can understand what nutritional and behaviors are keeping you from reaching your health goals. Feel like you have not been listened to by your other doctors? We will work together to create an individualized wellness plan based upon your health problems, family history, and your health goals. Together we would look at your food and activity patterns to maximize happiness and mindfulness and while working towards shared achievable goals.
Initial hour-long visits are $250

Creating a healthy lifestyle together
Identify nutritional deficiencies that are keeping you from feeling your best

I am currently accepting new patients for virtual appointments for all patients in the state of Texas. If you live in the Austin area, subsequent follow up appointments can be in-person or continued virtually.
